I always enjoyed being a “Baby Boomer.” We are the post WWII kids that controlled how everything was marketed for many years. But then a thing called technology began growing faster than the worst weeds growing in my garden.

My husband and I owned a remodeling company, and antique shop, and thirteen rental apartments.  Businesses were purchasing computers to “simplify” their lives and free up time. Oh sure! So, we bought a computer, but neither of us had a clue how to work it. We took a class, but the instructor went so fast that neither of us could remember what the teacher said, and our notes were confusing. We hired a secretary for our remodeling business, and she was very savvy with working the computer. She taught me how to do data entry, and work the accounting software, so I could do invoices for our jobs. I self-taught myself a lot of what I know now, which isn’t saying much, and definitely not enough to build this or any website.

When I wanted to do The Farm-to-Table Lady, I began shopping around for a web designer to help me get my website/blog built. After interviewing several companies, I stumbled onto Thomas McKee, of Web Design and SEO Solutions. I explained what I wanted for my website, and he was extremely helpful with getting exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price, which was a key factor for me. Since he is located in the same area that I am, we sat up a face-to-face appointment so I could show him exactly what I  needed to be included for this website.

I appreciate that he has been so great to work with me, understanding that my techie skills are pretty limited to say the least. He is the most patient person to work with, which helps me considerably because when I get nervous, I begin making mistakes.

Thomas has worked with me for the past four or five years, and is a very trusted person to me, and when I have trouble figuring out what I need to do to change certain things for my website, I ask him to do a remote control on my computer, and he shows me how to make those changes, walking me through step-by-step, so I can see how it is done. This is extremely helpful so I can learn how to take care of my website myself.

Thomas opened his company in 1996, and his company not only does website, web designing and redesign, but also, SEO (search engine optimization) marketing, social media marketing platforms, brand development, and website hosting on his own servers (which makes his websites more secure), and all forms of digital marketing. I will be taking advantage of using his services for SEO, and my social media marketing platforms as well because I have been so impressed with his services working with me for this website and hosting.

If you, or anyone you know, needs a website designed or redesigned, you wouldn’t go wrong in utilizing the services of Thomas McKee and his team. He is trustworthy, conscientious, patient, helpful, and very talented. A link to his services can be found on my blog.
