TANGIBLE MATERIAL PRODUCTS:
Tangible material products are products such as coffee mugs, travel mugs, Tee-shirts, hats, caps, tote bags, etc., with The Farm-to-Table Lady Logo on them, or other supplies and tools useful for market farmers or gardeners to use in accordance with their own businesses.
TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR PURCHASES:
The Farm-to-Table Lady accepts PayPal, Stripe, and Clickbank, Square, Visa, and Mastercard payments. We do not accept checks, personal, business, certified, cashiers, or any other type.
SALES TAX, ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING CHARGES, AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES:
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order of any tangible material products you purchase from The Farm-to-Table Lady. All orders of tangible material products will have an order processing charge of $2.99. Shipping charges will be added to your order per the shipper’s charges they charge.
REFUND POLICY
Books, reports, paid webinars, online courses, or any materials written and produced by Marilyn Ison, The Farm-to-Table Lady, and purchased and delivered in a digital format will not be available to receive a refund since those items are delivered immediately through electronic methods, and are not returnable. Books purchased through Amazon.com, or any other internet or retail sales outlet are subject to such company’s return policies.
MEMBERSHIP DUES or SUBSCRIPTION FEES:
Memberships, dues, and/or subscriptions must be cancelled 30-days in advance of automatic payment for monthly membership dues or subscription fees to be stopped. Refunds for any automatic bank or credit card payments will only be issued if a membership or subscription fee is inadvertently withdrawn or charged after the member or subscriber had notified The Farm-to-Table Lady in writing, at [email protected] or by snail mail at our mailing address: The Farm-to-Table Lady, 3487 N. CANCELLATION POLICY:
MEMBERSHIPS DUES AND/OR SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Membership dues and/or subscriptions must be canceled 30-days in advance of automatic payment for monthly membership dues or subscriptions fees to be stopped. Refunds for any automatic bank or credit card payments will only be issued if a membership or subscription fee is inadvertently withdrawn or charged after the Member or Subscriber had notified The Farm-to-Table Lady in writing at [email protected], using the word “Cancellation” in the subject line of the email.
CANCELLATION OF ELECTRONICALLY DELIVERED MATERIALS:
No cancellation for electronically delivered materials i.e., reports, books, courses, webinars, will be offered, since electronically delivered materials are delivered immediately to the customer upon instant receipt of electronic payment and cannot be returned for a refund.
CANCELLATION OF TANGIBLE MATERIAL PRODUCTS:
Cancellation of orders for any tangible material products must be received no later than 11:59 P.M. of the 3rd business day after the order was placed by electronic means with The Farm-to-Table Lady. Cancellations received after that time will not be honored. Refunds or exchanges will only be honored when the customer has followed the instructions listed in the “REFUND or EXCHANGE for TANGIBLE MATERIAL PRODUCTS” clause of this notice.
REFUND or EXCHANGE for TANGIBLE MATERIAL PRODUCTS:
We will gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price (excluding discounts, and shipping and handling charges) for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after your item is received. For products returned in original condition within 30 days of when they were received, refunds will be made in your original form of payment equal to your original purchase price (excluding discounts, and shipping and handling charges). We cannot provide any refund or exchange for items returned more than 30 days after your item was received. If you request an exchange for an item(s) that is higher priced, your original method of payment may be charged additional sales tax, shipping and handling to our rate chart. To Exchange or Return a Purchase:
*Returns cannot be processed without the Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your purchase.
*Enter the reason code from the Return/Exchange Form for each item.
*If exchanging or ordering additional items, complete the Exchange Section.
*Place the completed Return/Exchange Form in the package with the merchandise you are returning.
*Returns may not be credited until your next billing cycle, so please make payment by the due date to avoid a late
fee accruing on your charge card.
Pre-Paid Return Label/Using the pre-paid label:
*We will email you a Pre-Paid Return Label upon your request to [email protected].
*Apply the Pre-Paid Return Label to your package using clear packing tape only.
Place the package into your home mailbox for pick-up or drop in any USPS mailbox.
*There is a flat fee of $13.50 for this convenient service.
*The fee will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.
*If you are making an exchange and there are any extra charges, i.e., the product you are exchanging for is higher
cost, the additional amount will be applied to the same card used for the original purchase including any
additional sales tax, shipping, and handling fees.
*Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for refund/exchange.
We cannot be responsible for any actions of the USPS or any shipping company’s delivery issues if we do not receive your returned item(s). If you choose to not use the shipping label provided to you, be aware that returned items must be insured for the entire amount of the purchased products.
DELIVERY POLICY:
Electronic delivery of downloadable materials will be made available to you upon receipt of payment for your purchase to the email you provided upon purchase.
Order fulfillment from our facility of tangible material products will not begin until the fourth (4th) business day after receipt of your order to insure you have not cancelled the order during the 3- business day cancellation period.
Delivery of tangible material merchandise/products will be made as items are in stock. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you that it may be back ordered, giving you the opportunity to notify The Farm-to-Table Lady if you still wish to place the order.
Delivery of tangible material products will be made as items are available in stock, and will be made via USPS, UPS, or FedEx upon receipt of payment. Your receipt of any tangible material products ordered from The Farm-to-Table Lady should be delivered to addresses in the 50 United States of America within two to three weeks, dependent on the shipping service schedules, holiday schedules, weather conditions in the delivery area, or any other issues that may be a factor regarding the delivery of packages.
Delivery of tangible material products outside of the United States of America will be dependent upon the shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and their schedules, holiday schedules, weather conditions in the delivery area or any other issues that may be a factor regarding the delivery of packages in those countries.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS:
Please know that Marilyn Batzel Ison values both your time and her time. When we set up a meeting, either by Zoom or by phone call, that time is set aside to focus on your project along with additional time to prepare. This allows her to come to the meeting ready to utilize the time as efficiently as possible. It is understood emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least seven (7) days ahead of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations requested within seven (7) days will not incur a penalty fee of $150.00. If you have not allowed seven (7) days for your appointment to be cancelled, the cancellation fee will be charged to the charge card you placed when making the appointment with The Farm-to-Table Lady for your call.
LEGAL OR EXPORT RESTRICTIONS:
If for any reason tangible material products produced for sale by Ideas Expanded LLC., dba The Farm-to-Table Lady or Ideas Expanded LLC., dba Purple Night Publishing, cannot be shipped to any country or address outside of the United States of America, you will be notified via email at the email address you provided when you placed an order, or the ordering system will notify you that your choice of products cannot be shipped to your area due to legal restrictions.
